Civil Society Network is asking the Malta Financial Services Authority whether it confirms media reports that a winding down process has commenced for Pilatus Bank. In the affirmative, does it also confirm that the bank’s licence has been withdrawn in terms of Article 9 of the Banking Act and on which grounds? Why was a media release not published in this instance?
